SQUASH, PEPPERS AND MORE

Green Zucchini and Yellow Summer Squash– We are growing both  green and yellow varieties of summer squash. 

Italian Eggplant Heirloom Varieties - With smaller seeds and thinner skin than that of traditional eggplants make it a perfect choice for cooking.

Green and Yellow Bell Peppers- Sweet peppers both raw or in a variety of dishes.

Calabrian Pepper- Sourced from Italy.  Spicy, red firecrackers that are ideal for adding color and medium spicy heat to any dish.

Clemson Spineless Okra- Spineless, tender ribbed pods with excellent flavor. Traditional favorite for soups and stews. Can be canned, fried, roasted or boiled.

Burgundy Okra- A tender beautiful purple variety best when harvested around 3" long.

Delicata Squash- Introduced in 1890s.  Delicious, creamy sweet potato like taste.  Delicata has a fine grained, light orange flesh steamed or baked.  Will be available in the fall.

Butternut, Acorn and Spaghetti Squash- These winter squash varieties will be available in the fall.

Patty Pan Squash ( Sunburst) - Butter-yellow scalloped fruits with bright-green blossom ends.
